Ingredients
- 1 lb. Trader Joe's Frozen Cod
- 1/4 head cabbage, thinly sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- kosher salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Trader Joe's Salsa Verde
- Fresh cilantro, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Prepare Trader Joe's Frozen Cod fillets according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then flake into pieces.
- Step 2Meanwhile, make tacos: In a large bowl, toss cabbage with lime juice and season with salt.
- Step 3Over the flame of a gas burner, carefully toast tortillas one by one, flipping with tongs, 15 seconds per side.
- Step 4Assemble tacos: Top charred tortillas with cabbage, fish, tomatoes, Trader Joe's Salsa Verde, and cilantro.
