Ingredients
- 4 avocados, pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- Buffalo sauce, for drizzling
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice and garlic and season with salt. Stir in blue cheese and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
