Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, pitted
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
  • Buffalo sauce, for drizzling

Directions

    1. Step 1In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice and garlic and season with salt. Stir in blue cheese and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
