Red Velvet Hot Chocolate

This makes for a super-decadent hot cocoa that's closer to European drinking chocolate than your standard powder packet.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 10 drops red food coloring (or as much as you'd like)
- whipped cream
- crumbled red velvet cake
Directions
- Step 1Pour the milk into a saucepan over medium heat. Add chocolate chips and stir frequently, until the chips have completely melted.
- Step 2Add red food coloring, a few drops at a time, and stir until you've reached your desired shade of red.
- Step 3Pour into mugs. Top with whipped cream and crumbled red velvet cake.
