This zesty pizza gets an extra punch from smoky provolone cheese.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sundried-tomato pesto
- 1 recipe Easy Homemade Dough (link in step 1) or one 1 1/2-lb. ball pizzeria dough
- 4 oz. thinly sliced provolone cheese
- 3/4 cup marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup pitted black (Kalamata) olives
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Spread pesto all over Easy Homemade Dough. Bake 15 minutes.
- Step 2Top pizza with provolone, then artichokes and peppers. Scatter olives on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
