This zesty pizza gets an extra punch from smoky provolone cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sundried-tomato pesto
  • 1 recipe Easy Homemade Dough (link in step 1) or one 1 1/2-lb. ball pizzeria dough
  • 4 oz. thinly sliced provolone cheese
  • 3/4 cup marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 cup pitted black (Kalamata) olives
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Directions

    1. Step 1Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Spread pesto all over Easy Homemade Dough. Bake 15 minutes.
    2. Step 2Top pizza with provolone, then artichokes and peppers. Scatter olives on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
