Two-Ingredient Pizza Dough
This simple dough turns into a chewy, pillowy crust—and there's no hint of tangy, yogurt-y flavor.

Make sure you use plain Greek yogurt, unless you're opting for a dessert pizza (which could be awesome, BTW).

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups
self-rising flour
- 1 cup
plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. Combine flour and Greek yogurt.
- Step 2Sprinkle a little extra flour on the tabletop or whatever surface you plan on using to knead the dough. Place the dough ball on top, kneading it with your hands. If it sticks to your hands, sprinkle a little extra flour on it. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes, until it's a pliable dough (it'll feel like Play Doh, but with the stretch of Silly Putty).
- Step 3Spread the dough out on a parchment-lined baking sheet, until it's about 1/4" thick, then cover with marinara, cheese, and the toppings of your choice.
- Step 4Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust has puffed up and is lightly golden and all of the cheese has melted.
