Ingredients
- 2 lb. brisket
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Black pepper
- Ruffled potato chips
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Step 2Bring brisket to room temperature—allow it to sit out at least 20 minutes. Right before cooking, cover all sides with salt and pepper. Place in a shallow roast pan.
- Step 3Roast for 25 minutes, then turn oven down to 350 degrees. Roast for another 25 minutes, or until center is 140 degrees.
