Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 tube pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough

For the Pudding

  • 2/3 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 package Oreo cookies

For the Whipped Cream

  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz.)
  • 1/3 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup crumbled brownie pieces (either store-bought or leftover homemade ones)
  • chocolate sauce

Directions

    1. Step 1Make the crust: Preheat oven to 350° and grease the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. Cover with chocolate chip cookie dough and bake for 16 to18 minutes. Shortly after taking it out of the oven, use a measuring cup to press down dough so it forms a gooey crust. Place in the refrigerator to cool.
    2. Step 2Make the pudding: Whisk 2/3 packet of pudding mix with milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes to set, then pour into cooled cookie crust. Cover pudding with a layer of Oreo cookies.
    3. Step 3Make the whipped cream: In another bowl, mix Cool Whip with remaining 1/3 packet pudding mix. Fold in crumbled brownies, and pour the mixture on top of the pie. Garnish with more brownie pieces. Refrigerate for 4 hours, then drizzle with chocolate sauce just before serving.
