Cookie "Shot Glasses"

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- grenadine
- Baileys
- amaretto
- maraschino cherries
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease mini muffin pan. Form 1 tablespoon balls from sugar cookie dough and roll in sugar to prevent sticking. Fill each muffin hole with 1 tbsp. ball, pressing down and up the sides. Bake tarts until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Use end of wooden spoon to press down on the center, making room for filling.
- Step 2Allow tarts to cool for 5 minutes, then gently transfer to cooling rack to let cool completely.
- Step 3Melt semisweet chocolate chips and spoon melted chocolate into each tartlet, evenly coating a thin layer on the bottom and sides. Transfer to refrigerator to set, 20 minutes.
- Step 4 Fill tartlets with equal parts grenadine, Baileys, and amaretto and garnish with Maraschino cherry.
