These are almost too scary to eat...almost. Top these phyllo cups of sweetened ricotta with an espresso bean (for the body) and chocolate sprinkles (for the legs) to create edible spiders.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup ricotta
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 8 phyllo cups
- 8 chocolate-covered espresso beans
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate sprinkles
Directions
- Step 1In a small bowl, stir together ricotta and sugar.
- Step 2Spoon ricotta into phyllo cups and place a chocolate-covered espresso bean in the center of each. Make legs from the chocolate sprinkles and serve.
