Taco-Lime Pumpkin Seeds

Taco seasoning and fresh lime juice give this snack all the flavor of your favorite tostada.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Taco Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 275°. As it heats, microwave butter in 20-second intervals until fully melted.
- Step 2Toss the seeds in butter to coat them, then in cilantro and taco seasoning. Spread them in an even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then cook for 20 minutes. Once they're out of the oven, drizzle with lime juice, let cool for a few minutes, and serve.
