Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°. As the oven heats, heat butter in the microwave in 20-second intervals until it's fully melted.
- Step 2Toss pumpkin seeds in melted butter to coat them, then toss with cinnamon and sugar.
- Step 3Spread the seeds out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 25 to 27 minutes, or until lightly golden.
