Ingredients
- 6 oz.
Guinness
- 2
(8-oz.) blocks cream cheese, cubed
- 4 cups
shredded cheddar
Freshly chopped chives, for garnish
Pretzel bites, for serving
Directions
For Slow-Cooker
- Step 1In a mini slow-cooker, combine Guinness, cream cheese, and cheddar. Cover and cook on low, stirring well every 10 minutes, until warmed through and creamy, about 1 hour.
- Step 2Garnish with chives and serve with pretzel bites.
For Instant Pot
- Step 1Place Guinness, cream cheese, and cheddar in an Instant Pot. Lock lid and set to Pressure Cook on High for 5 minutes.
- Step 2Follow manufacturer’s instructions for a quick release, then unlock lid and whisk dip until well combined.
- Step 3Transfer dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chives. Serve with preferred dippers.
