Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 5 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for baking sheet
- 8 oz. pizza dough, at room temperature
- 4 oz. sharp white cheddar, grated
- 4 oz. thinly sliced prosicutto
- Fresh basil, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat until foamy. Whisk in flour and cook, whisking, 1 minute. Whisk in milk and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and continue to cook, whisking occasionally, until thick like heavy cream, about 5 minutes. Whisk in Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix and season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
- Step 2 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F with bottom rack set in lowest position. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush paper with oil. Stretch dough into large oval shape and place on baking sheet; set aside.
- Step 3 Spread ranch sauce over pizza dough and top with cheese and prosciutto. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Season with black pepper and basil.
