Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

This rich raspberry frosting comes together with just four ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 pt. fresh raspberries
- 3 Tbsp. whole milk
- 4 Sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
Directions
- Step 1In a blender, puree raspberries and milk until almost smooth.
- Step 2In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat butter until smooth. Scrape down sides of bowl and add 1/2 cup raspberry mixture; beat until incorporated, 1 to 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar no more than 1 cup at a time, beating first on low, then increasing mixer speed to high after each addition. Scrape down sides of bowl and continue adding sugar and mixing until frosting is completely smooth. Once all sugar has been added, continue beating until frosting looks light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes more.
