Peanut Butter Frosting

Ingredients
- 2 cups creamy salted peanut butter, stirred well before using
- 2 1/2 sticks butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Step 1In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat butter on high speed until smooth. Add peanut butter and beat, scraping down sides of the bowl as needed, until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Step 2Add confectioners' sugar and beat, starting mixer on low and working your way up to medium, until frosting is smooth. Add honey and vanilla and beat until mixture is light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
