Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 15 oz. coconut milk
Directions
- Step 1In a food processor or blender, blend pineapple until completely pureed, about 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and blend 2 seconds more.
- Step 2Scrape mixture into a 9 -x-9" loaf pan and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
