Ingredients
- 3 lb. okra, trimmed
- 4 lg. jalapeños, sliced crosswise 1/2 in. thick
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- kosher salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Heat grill to medium-high.
- Step 2Thread okra and jalapeño crosswise onto 10 sets of parallel 12 inch skewers (using two skewers prevents the okra from spinning when turned). Brush with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 3Grill until bright green and tender, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
