Ingredients
- All-purpose flour, for surface
- 1 lb. store-bought pizza dough
- 1 cup ricotta
- 2 oz. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Assorted fruit, for topping
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425ºF. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough. Transfer dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until lightly golden, about 15 minutes.
- Step 2Meanwhile, using a stand or hand mixer, beat ricotta, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Step 3Sprinkle baked dough with sugar and spread with ricotta mixture. Top with assorted fruit, like kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries.
