Use this quick and easy piecrust recipe to make our Blueberry Crumb Pie.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. ice water
Directions
- Step 1In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, add flour, butter, and salt, and pulse until mixture is crumbly and largest pieces of butter look like grains of rice. Add ice water and pulse just until dough is somewhat crumbly but holds together when squeezed with fingers (if dough is too dry, add another tablespoon of ice water, 1 teaspoonful at a time, to achieve desired consistency).
- Step 2Form dough into a disk, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. On a lightly floured piece of parchment, roll dough into a 14-inch round. Lift parchment and carefully transfer dough to pie pan; fit dough into bottom and up sides, crimping the edge, if desired.
