Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet paprika
- 1/4 cup granulated onion
- 1/4 cup granulated garlic
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together the sweet paprika, granulated onion, granulated garlic, salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper, dry mustard, and dried thyme until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Step 2Transfer the seasoning to a mason jar and store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
