Ingredients
- Mini cheesecake pan with removable bottom ($29.99; amazon.com)
- Pound cake batter
- White frosting (store-bought or homemade)
- Gold food coloring
- Red shoelace licorice
- Pretzel sticks
Directions
- Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Oil the cups of the pan and fill each two-thirds with batter. Bake until golden brown and a pick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 15 minutes.
- Step 2Let cool. Transfer 1/3 cup frosting to a separate bowl and tint gold. Frost the cakes with white frosting. Wrap licorice around the top and bottom. Pipe on gold lines and top with pretzel sticks.
