Ingredients
- 1 lb. confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Step 1Sift the confectioners' sugar into a large bowl.
- Step 2Using an electric mixer, beat the butter on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Step 3Reduce the mixer to low and gradually add the sugar, alternating with the heavy cream. Mix in the vanilla.
- Step 4Increase the speed to high and beat until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
