Mimosa Jelly Shots

These dainty treats might not look like a cocktail, but they are infused with the traditional flavors of citrusy, champagne-spiked mimosa.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups Champagne
- 1 drop orange flower water (optional)
- Edible flower petals
Directions
- Step 1Pour juice and sugar into a small saucepan and sprinkle with the gelatin. Allow the gelatin to soak for a minute or two. Stir over low heat until gelatin has dissolved, about five minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in champagne (mixture will be foamy.) Add drop of orange flower water, if desired. Chill overnight in 9- by 9-inch pan.
