Ingredients

1 package confectioners' sugar
3 Tbsp. meringue powder
cup warm water
Assorted food colorings

Directions

1. Step 1In bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat sugar, meringue powder, and water until blended and mixture is very stiff, about 5 minutes.
2. Step 2Tint frosting with food colorings as desired; keep surface covered with plastic wrap. With small spatula or decorating bags with small writing tips, decorate cookies with frosting (add warm water if you want a thinner consistency).
