This simple dish works great as a side to any roasted meat, but could also be served as a hearty vegetarian main.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 pt. small cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1/2 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 can cannellini beans
- kosher salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Directions
- Step 1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until beginning to brown, about 2 minutes.
- Step 2Add the tomatoes and rosemary and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the wine and bring to a simmer. Stir in the beans and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper and cook until heated through, about 1 minute more. Toss with the parsley.
