Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
- kosher salt
- Pepper
- 1 small head green cabbage
- 3 peppers (yellow, red, orange, green, or a combination)
- 1 bunch scallions
Directions
- Step 1Grate 2 teaspoons orange zest into a large bowl, then squeeze in 2 tablespoons of the juice. Whisk in the sour cream, lime juice, sugar, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Step 2Add the cabbage and peppers to the bowl and toss to coat; fold in the scallions. Let sit, tossing occasionally, for at least 10 minutes before serving.
