Ingredients
- 2 bunch broccoli rabe
- 3 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Meanwhile, trim the ends from broccoli rabe and thinly slice garlic cloves. In a medium bowl, toss broccoli rabe and garlic with olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
- Step 2Place on a large, rimmed baking sheet and roast until crisp-tender and leaves are slightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle on red pepper flakes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
