Ingredients
- 2 cups Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 cups milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Step 1In a large saucepan, combine the cocoa powder and granulated sugar.
- Step 2Whisk in 1 1/2 cups milk until fully incorporated (mixture will be a thick paste).
- Step 3Gradually whisk in the remaining 6 1/2 cups milk.
- Step 4Stir in the chocolate chips. Stirring occasionally, bring to a gentle simmer.
