Ingredients
- 2 ripe Hass avocados
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- kosher salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Step 1In blender, combine avocados, lime juice, honey, and water; purée until smooth (if necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to loosen mixture for puréeing).
- Step 2Add cilantro, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; purée just until incorporated. Serve immediately.
