Dress up your usual lunch-time sandwich by using lump crab meat as the main ingredient. Combined with apples and chives, this crab salad is light and refreshing.

Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- salt
- Pepper
- 8 oz. cooked lump crabmeat
- 2 stalk celery
- 1 small Granny Smith apple
- 2 tsp. snipped chives
- 4 slice country white bread
Directions
- Step 1Into large bowl, from lemon, grate 1 teaspoon peel and squeeze 1 tablespoon juice. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; stir to combine.
- Step 2To same bowl, add crab, celery, and apple; stir to combine. Fold in chives. Divide among bread slices. Garnish with additional chives, if desired.
