White Chocolate Cheesecake

Put leftover cream cheese to good use with this no-bake, five ingredient cheesecake.

Ingredients
- 12 almond thin cookies
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. white chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 oz. semisweet chocolate
Directions
- Step 1Line 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with foil. Place 12 almond thin cookies in single layer on bottom.
- Step 2In large bowl, with mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in melted white chocolate, and heavy cream until smooth and stiff.
- Step 3Spread evenly over almond thins. Refrigerate until set. Drizzle melted semisweet chocolate on top.
