Spice up ground turkey with fresh guacamole and a smoky chipotle salsa for an easy, tasty, Mexican-inspired meal.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
- 2 cups roasted tomato chipotle salsa with corn
- 8 taco shells
- 1/2 cup shredded jalapeño Jack or cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup guacamole
Directions
- Step 1In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon canola oil over medium heat. Add turkey and cook, breaking it up with the back of a spoon, until no longer pink, 6 to 7 minutes. Stir in salsa and cook until salsa is heated, about 3 minutes.
- Step 2Spoon turkey mixture into taco shells. Top with cheese and lettuce and serve with guacamole.
