When they're in season, buy fresh strawberries and freeze them yourself by spreading them in a thin layer on a baking sheet and freezing until firm. Then place them in a freezer bag and use as needed.

- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry preserves
