You can't beat this Southern-style sandwich, with lean pork tenderloin coated in a succulent mix of barbecue and Worcestershire sauces and brown sugar, then wrapped in a soft bun with coleslaw for crunchy contrast.

Ingredients
- 1 cup each bottled barbecue sauce and applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. each Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 2 cups Crispy Coleslaw or your favorite prepared or homemade coleslaw
- 8 reduced-calorie hot dog rolls
Directions
- Step 1Stir barbecue sauce, applesauce, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar in medium bowl until blended.
- Step 2Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes. Add barbecue sauce mixture, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
- Step 3Spoon coleslaw, then pork, into each bun. Drizzle with any extra sauce.
