Spicing up crunchy popcorn with chile and fresh lime is a much healthier (and more flavorful) alternative to slathering it with butter.

Ingredients
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 2 Tbsp. grated lime zest
- 1 1/2 tsp. ancho chile powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Step 1Start with 1/2 cup popcorn kernels (which will yield about 12 cups popped popcorn) and cook it however is easiest for you: stovetop, air popper, or microwave.
- Step 2Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Step 3If desired, go ahead and drizzle some melted butter on for total decadence.
