Ingredients

12 oz. white chocolate
3/4 cup shelled pistachio nuts
3/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions

1. Step 1Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or parchment.
2. Step 2In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate on medium for 30 seconds. Stir and heat again for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat 2 more times, 30 seconds each, until white chocolate is smooth.
3. Step 3Pour chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a 1/4-inch-thick rectangle using a metal spatula. Sprinkle with pistachios and cranberries.
4. Step 4Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Peel off foil and break bark into pieces. It will keep about one month in an airtight container the in refrigerator.
