Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 jar or tubs (7 or 7 1⁄2 oz each) or 1 large tub (16 oz) marshmallow cream
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    1. Step 1Beat butter in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed until creamy.
    2. Step 2Beat in marshmallow cream.
    3. Step 3When well blended, beat in confectioners' sugar and vanilla.
    4. Step 4Increase speed to high and beat 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy.
    5. Step 5Planning Tip: May be refrigerated up to 4 days or frozen up to 1 month.
    6. Step 6Bring to room temperature and beat before using.
