Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup almonds
Directions
- Step 1Heat vegetable oil in 4-quart saucepan on medium-high. Add ground coriander and cook 30 seconds. Add basmati rice and cook 2 minutes, stirring.
- Step 2Add water; heat to boiling. Cover and simmer on low 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Step 3Stir in thawed frozen peas. Top with almonds.
