Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
- 4 large Granny Smith apples
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Step 1In a large skillet over medium-low heat, heat oil. Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes. Increase heat to medium, add apples, and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in chives, curry powder, salt, and pepper; reduce heat to low and let cook for 8 minutes more. Garnish with chives.
