Lemon-Mustard Broccoli and Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower (1 3⁄4 pounds)
- 1 bunch broccoli (1 1⁄2 pounds)
- 3 Tbsp. stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Step 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower and cook 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook 1 to 2 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain in a colander; rinse under running cold water until cool. Drain well.
- Step 2Melt butter in pot over medium-low heat. Add vegetables and cook, stirring often, until hot, about 3 minutes.
- Step 3Meanwhile whisk remaining ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Add to vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
