1/4 oz. lemon balm
1/4 oz. chamomile
1/4 oz. passionflower
1/4 oz. rosebuds or rose petals

Directions

1. Step 1In a bowl, combine each of these dried herbs: lemon balm, chamomile, passionflower, and rosebuds or rose petals; mix well. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of the blend into each bag.
