Artichokes with Creamy Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 artichokes
- cup light mayonnaise
- cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup snipped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- Step 1Fill 6-quart saucepot with 1 inch water and steamer insert. Heat to boiling on high; reduce heat to medium. Place artichokes stem side down in saucepot. Cover and steam 35 minutes or until knife pierces easily through base.
- Step 2Stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, chives, lemon juice, water, mustard, and salt. Serve artichokes with sauce.
