- 6 cups white rice flour
- 3 cups tapioca flour
- 1 1/2 cups potato starch
- 2 Tbsp. Xanthan gum
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions
- Step 1In a large bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 year.
