Ingredients
- 1 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 egg white
- salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Step 1Mix ingredients in a blender on high for 4 minutes. Serve.
