Ingredients
- 8 bag hibiscus tea (such as Red ZInger) or black tea
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 lemon
- 2 nectarines
Directions
- Step 1Bring 4 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add the tea bags, ginger, honey, and half the lemon slices. Let steep, stirring twice, for 4 minutes. Discard the tea bags and let the tea cool.
- Step 2Discard the ginger and lemon from the iced tea concentrate. Stir in the nectarines, 4 cups cold water, and remaining lemon. Serve over ice.
