A spiked espresso-based coffee with cold whipped cream and a sweet orange sugar rim.

Ingredients
- 1 lump raw brown sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. Gran Duque de Alba Spanish Brandy
- 2 oz. espresso coffee
- 1 oz. regular coffee
- sugar
- Juice of 1/4 orange
- 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Step 1Steam everything together over low heat until hot. Prepare a martini glass with a sugar rim by mixing granulated sugar with a squeeze of orange on a plate. Wet the rim and roll the edge into the sugar mixture. Then pour the hot drink into the prepared glass. Top with slightly whipped heavy cream. Grate some orange zest over the whipped cream.
