- 1/2 tsp. water
- 1/2 lb. fresh peaches
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar

- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Step 1In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in the water.
- Step 2In a medium saucepan, combine the peaches with the granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and orange juice and bring to a simmer over moderate heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
