Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 2 head cauliflower
Directions
- Step 1Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. In a bowl, whisk the mustard, oil, and garlic; season with salt and pepper. Toss in the cauliflower; spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 30 minutes. Serve.
