It’s summer, and it’s a hot one. When the temperatures spike, all I want for dinner is something light and refreshing, but still filling enough to satisfy me after a day in the sun. To replenish after a long summer’s day, it’s important to prioritize high-protein meals. That being said, protein-packed dinners can have the reputation of being heavy, and no one wants to feel weighed down on a hot day. To help you meet your protein goals this summer, I gathered up some of our favorite light and refreshing recipe ideas that still have plenty of protein.
