We’ve made it, folks. Daylight saving time is upon us, which means we’re springing forward and kissing those long winter nights goodbye. While I’m rejoicing at the longer evenings and later sunset, losing an hour of sleep can still be a tough transition. The idea of sunlight-filled happy hours might be enough to get you to jump out of bed, but for me, I’m going to need a bit more convincing. When I wake up those first few days feeling like a zombie, an easy, grab-and-go breakfast is just the thing to get me out of bed and ready for the day.

Running late and don’t have time to stop by your favorite cafe? Make our bee sting bagel breakfast sandwich, wrap it in foil, and take it as you run out the door. Need a filling, protein-packed breakfast that will wake you up and keep you energized? Our copycat Chobani protein drinks and cinnamon roll power bites are not only easy to take on the go, but will add a boost of energy to your morning.

Don’t let springing forward set you back. Prepare for the change well by adding some of these easy breakfast recipes to your routine, then keep these ideas in your back pocket for whenever you need some morning inspo.
